Security overview

Sensitive case records require stronger controls than a public website.

The current public site intentionally does not accept evidence uploads or private case records.

Public-site boundary

Public forms are limited to basic contact information for a checklist or early-access request. Please do not submit court documents, screenshots, audio, video, medical records, police records, or child information.

Future workspace requirements

Before accepting sensitive records, the workspace must implement authenticated access, per-case authorization, private storage, encryption in transit, audit logs, user-controlled exports and deletion, retention controls, malware scanning, tested backups, and a privacy-incident response process.

Support access

Administrators should not have default access to private case evidence. Any support access must be scoped, time-limited, user-authorized, revocable, and logged.

Fair-File

Turn scattered family-case records into a clear, organized evidence file.
