What we collect
If you request the checklist or early access, we collect your first name, email, province or territory, optional broad issue category, optional upcoming court date, contact preference, consent choices, and campaign parameters. Do not submit other personal information through public forms.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, provide the requested launch update, maintain a consent record, and understand which public campaign led to the request. We do not sell personal information or use case details for advertising.
Consent and choices
Service-contact consent is separate from optional marketing consent. You can withdraw optional marketing consent at any time. Before accepting sensitive records, Fair-File will publish the complete privacy program, data location, retention, access, correction, deletion, backup, and support-access procedures.
Safeguards and limits
The public site is not a secure evidence repository. Do not send sensitive records or case material through a public form. Any future evidence workspace will require separate privacy, identity, authorization, storage, and incident-response controls.
Privacy questions
Use the public contact flow and state that your request concerns privacy. Do not include case materials in the message.
