Harass, threaten, stalk, dox, impersonate, retaliate against, manipulate, or improperly involve children. Do not upload altered evidence as if it were original, hide relevant context, or use the platform to breach an order, privacy duty, publication ban, confidentiality obligation, or law.
Records you may not share
Do not provide records you are not authorized to retain, disclose, or share. This can include restricted court material, publication-ban material, another person’s private information, health information, police or agency records, or confidential communications.
We may restrict misuse
Fair-File may restrict use that appears unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, or inconsistent with these rules, subject to applicable law and service terms.
