Document retention policy

The public site is not a document repository.

This public version does not accept or retain evidence files. Its early-access contact records are kept only as long as needed to respond to the request, maintain consent records, and meet lawful obligations.

Current public-site records

Contact details and consent records may be retained for the purpose communicated at collection. Optional marketing consent will be honoured separately and may be withdrawn.

Future workspace records

Before evidence uploads open, Fair-File will publish clear retention, export, deletion, backup-purge, and account-closure timelines for evidence records and derived materials.

Original files

Users should preserve their own originals. A future workspace must not be treated as the sole copy of any important record.

Fair-File

Turn scattered family-case records into a clear, organized evidence file.
