Separate derived content
Original records, user notes, OCR text, AI outputs, and proposed summaries must remain visibly distinct in a future workspace.
Choice and disclosure
Before AI processing is enabled for sensitive records, Fair-File will provide clear information about the AI provider, processing location, retention, security controls, whether data is used for model training, and how users can opt in or decline.
